Over the past several years Interactive Designs, Inc., makers of the
SunTouch,
SalonTouch, and
SalonTouch.net salon management software solutions has participated in various forums. We greatly appreciated the hosts' efforts at offering an open message board for existing and potential clients - they have all done a spectacular job.
With our solutions becoming more flexible and comprehensive in nature, we have found it quite time consuming for our technical and sales representatives to monitor the various boards and supply quality answers. We have also found times when other visitors offer inaccurate answers to questions about our products, as well as several instances where other software developing companies log-in as salon owners and flat-out lie about our software. While we will continue to visit these forums on occasion, we have decided to host our own forum where salon owners can go and ask any and all questions about our software solutions and have comfort in knowing the responses posted will be accurate.
Our forum focuses on software ONLY - no beds, no lotions. Our forum offers discussions on Support, User Tips, Requests for Enhancements, Development Updates, and a User's Forum.
