Had the same problem the first year.. We did a couple of customer appreciation days and that helped quite a bit.. Let your really good customers try that bed that day.. Turns them around on HP.. Now the bed gets used quite a bit.. Don't be discouraged.. Most people are just set in their ways and they can be changed.. Get some brochures and educate the customer or do a before and after pics of someone who uses a hp bed |
