First, owners of businesses often were not A students. They didn't waste that much time as it is illogical to spend twice as much time on school work just to move from a B to a A.
Your best employees however will have straight A's. They have a small obsessive compulsive thing sometimes that makes them overperform.
C's get degrees? So do B's and A's. Just not D's. |
