C`s, B`s, A`s as long as they have common sense. Some straight students do not have any common sense and with anything in life that is a must. Some of my best employees never went to college but what they have done in life is work. Some have worked all their life. Straight A students are usually Sorority girls and if I can help it I don`t hire them. Employees with a family, children to send to school, car payments to make, divorced, etc they most always make good employees. JMHO |
