and I also agree that many do not and will not wear goggles even when we do ask...every single time...as it is posted behind the counter we always walk them to their room...never send them on their way...no matter how many years they have tanned with us...Here is the post behind the counter>>>>

Every time a tanner comes in, you must ask to see their eyewear. The question is not >>>>>> "Do you have your eyewear"? but,
"May I see your eyewear"? I would like the wording to be >>>>>
May I see your eyewear and lotion please?
AND one must actually see it.
It is funny I've had customers call me at home to say a new employee had not asked to see eyewear.
We take eyewear very seriously here.
