Funny you asked this the same day a rep called me from a company offering this.

The guy works for www.altrumar.com and the equipment is something called salesmakerpro. You can purchase the machime for $500 or rent it for $49/mo. Each PVC type card costs $2.25 and the min. order is 500. The artwork on the card is included. IMO this is way too much money. Cards like this you can find for under 50 cents a piece. For the amount involved in doing this I don't think its worth it, but
I could be wrong.....
