 Manager duties
Does anyone have a manager's job description that they don't mind sharing. I have an idea of what I want my manager to do, but am having a hard time getting it down on paper. Also would you mind sharing the compensation with me? I am new to the site but have been looking at the postings for quite sometime and you all seem very willing to help each other which I love.
