I just can't resisit....The answer is because it's a .....SPORTERADO!!!.And if your brand new shiny peice of eye candy can't take an extra 10 volts ,well you have a problem.Because voltage fluctuates sometimes. And for that kind of money your bed is supposed to be able to take an *** kicking.The transformer should be part of the deal so that salons can get it right.Nobody has 230 volts .It is usually 240 or 208.
