You should be able to make the EFT pro-rated so that it calculates on a daily basis and charges accordingly.....so if customer signs up on the 6th but your draw date is on the 15th.....the customer would pay the remaining days from the 6th - 15th which would be say...$5.75 and then the full payment will deduct automatically on the 15th in full for the next month.
Because it's charged in advance....she would pay in advance for the remaining days till the next billing date. The computer should calculate that automatically and charge accordingly........I use Helios and it has that option. |
