Stephen is very helpful. I was a skeptic at first, thinking that there would be strings attached but took him up on his offer for demographics and I believe even a floor plan (I can't remember because it was over a year ago). Anyway, the information Steve provided (for free), subsequent emails and conversations with him, as well as referrals from happy clients convinced me to use Steve as my consultant. We agreed upfront that I did not have to buy equipment from him. His services are not free and I did not buy my equipment from him, however, I do not regret engaging him as my consultant. He provided valuable information, advice and assistance early on. I definitely recommend Steve (unless you are going to open a salon near me!).
