Hollywood Tan will spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees to hopefully make sure they never gets ratified as a class action lawsuit.
If that is allowed to happen watch all Hollywood Tans fold due to the hundreds of millions of dollars of refunds for anyone who ever tanned there who want to write in and say they would not have tanned had they know it was bad for them.
I remember some cash hungry attorneys recently went after Visa and MasterCard for something dumb. I did not have to do a thing, they already knew I processed using V&MC and months later 2 checks came in the mail. For what, I dunno but I did not have to do a thing. Same may happen with all HT customers. They will get access to the names at some point if this becomes a class action deal.
Pray it does not!
