 lotion inventory
What is the best strategy for inventory management? I have some lotions that sell like hotcakes and some that are great lotions and will sell eventually, but I am hanging on to them for a few months at a time. Do I reorder the ones selling like hotcakes or push the ones that are sitting for a while? What does everyone else do? |
