OH - and on lotion use, ESPECIALLY with High Pressure:

Have lotion in a "staff drawer" that says "staff" on it. They should be ABSOLUTELY and FIRMLY told it is CRITICAL they use lotion - ESPECIALLY for HP. If you just can NOT make the sale -- reach in and hand them a bottle of your "staff lotion" to use - just this ONE time (emphasize that!!). Because "it makes SUCH a difference when you use lotion!".

When they come out, they aren't sure if it is the bed, the lotion, the combination or WHAT -- all they know is, they got RESULTS and they want that to happen again!!

Next time -- they BUY lotion! Can even offer them a small discount when they buy a Matrix package -- e.g. Buy the $75 matrix package, get 25% off any lotion purchase.
