did my second session. not near as intense as my first. I think it is because I knew what to expect the second time. much more comfortable with it. Lost a pound after this session too.

After my first session I had heat spots on my arm. Thought i had burned myself. But it went away in a few hours. The formostar rep told me that was common.

Will try to do 2 to 3 more session before we go to Nashville.
