It's a 40 minute session, not too quick, it is just as gradual.
There is a 5 minute preheat, which by the time you wrap your client it is ready for the 40 minute session. There are 4 heat settings for weightloss, and 2 for pain.
I love it, love my results and will continue to market it for my clients. I have only had one client not repeat sessions and that is because she is in between jobs.
I am almost a size four, from a 10, in 2 months, my fat is just disappearing, I am still curvey and have all my muscle that I have worked so hard to get.
