You'll need to look for a software program that offers both tanning and services. For the fingerprint system, this is something that would be integrated into the POS you choose, you'd need to make sure that the hardware you're looking at is compatible, etc. As for the control panel, this will depend on both the POS software (if you choose to have the POS control the beds) and the timers that are in the beds.
