As I've never heard of such a thing happening it is a difficult statement to try to respond to..
I think many salons would refuse to discount the price of the product from the service.. some stylists might refuse to do the service based on the fact they are not familiar with that particular product line..
I don't know how to respond, exactly.. but playing along.. if *I* was called and that was the situation told to me, I would instruct the stylist to refuse based on not being totally sure what was contained in that bottle and an extreme reluctance to apply it to a person's head.. like I said, who knows what's in that bottle and therefore what the results will be..
That's why you don't buy tanning lotion off eBay, btw.
