Well an update for ya Din :-) I introduced sessions and wow, the response is amazing. I explain how they work and have no trouble at all selling them to anyone. People are loving them, which is good. I have to admit, i was a bit nervous at first, as I am in a small hick town, where people don't like change, but they actually feel like they are saving money with sessions as their is no limit to the time, exceptions being the max time on the beds. Works for me.
