I just tried it, I didn't wrap my arms as it was a little tough to do it in the first place, and I'm not trying to lose anything there. I laid one of the pads over the shoulder I had surgery on and it seemed to feel good.

I really didn't sweat that much?? maybe I need to be on 90? pads were wrapped fairly snug and I was covered

My heart felt like it was up
