Yes it was a year ago Jon. I don't have a problem personally with you in any way.

You got screwed by a ballast company that sold the incorrect ballasts to Tan Tech, and then lied to keep that fact from being known to keep from having to send out over a hundred grand in free ballasts....then when pushed, sent out even more wrong ballasts to fix the problem.

But it is a fact that your beds came with wrong ballasts, and the replacements were wrong too..and the problem took a long time to get fixed.

People like Toronto got it fixed eventually and is still good friends with Patryk and Paris, so eachperson handles problems differently.

Kinda like when customers are mad at you. Some act crazy, and some are understanding.
