I turn the fan on during the last 15 minutes of the session and put it near their face. It doesn't change how much they sweat, I have clients that want the fan on the whole time too. I also bring them a wet towel, not chilled but wet and they put it on their neck or forehead. Din I like your setup, very nice! As soon as we get our satellite approved from the home owners association I can add my plasma. For now I have the new ipod and I download tv shows and movies and put it on my speaker doc. It works for now.
