To cut a long story short .I paid 54 k for 2 SS2021 beds in about Feb 2003. Beds were installed and Installer said they were working fine. Charged customers top dollar for using these beds. My General Manager kept telling me that he doesnt get much color from beds > i told him that HP wont get you as dark as An orbit. Customers didnt seem thrilled with the results but i told them HP works differently than traditional tanning beds. A tanning customer who had been using the Ultrabronz beds for years at my competition came in One Saturday night because his salon closed early. He was happy that we finally got HP bedsbecause he liked our salon. Unfortunately half way through the session the door opened, and he told me there is something wrong with the beds. He said he could not feel the usual heat from a hp bed and he didnt get any color. I know from previous experience with this client- he loves to always complain but told him anyway to come back for a free session in 2 days , and he will see the color come out.He came back and tanned and told me there was definetely something wrong with these beds. I didnt really believe him but after about 2-3 months idecided to get hold of a uv meter to make sure the both beds reading were comparable to what Patryck said they would be. That is when I realized that all my customers were right because both my new hp SunSport were reading very low.I was angry and called Tantech and said that my beds were not performing as they should be. Trying to make this nightmare short. Patryck came out to my salon and said my air extration was working too well and not allowing the lamps to heat up., and he stuck a piece over the air intake and left small gaps, and said this was my problem.
