part2. joked that i had designed this HP room to be cool because i was told the sunsports run hot. I took measurements the next couple of days, and the lamp output was still very low. I called Tantech for about 2 days straight with no return call. Eventually on the 3rd day I called Patryck and he said their were problems with batch of ballasts were the SunSports were produced. I was happy that they had admitted there was major problem , and were going to replace every ballst on my new beds. They replaced all the ballasts on both new sunsports , and i was getting excited my my special HP beds were gonna perform and the customers would be happy. The installer of the new ballasts metered the bed and the readings were a little bit higher, but still way below the readings a SunSport should produce Aftr anouger few weeks Tantech phoned me and said this batch of ballsts was also faulty and they would ptry another brand new set. So the installer came again put and put new balllasts in. Unfortunately the 2nd set of new ballasts still didn solve toe ptroblem. I tried to call tantech to tell them there was still somethuing wrong with beds, but i didnt get a call back. withmy new sunsports underperforming i had no choice but to change the High Prsure lamps every 150-
