for all of our stores we have a contest for lotion selling...each store has about 7-8 employees...so the winner of their individual store recieves $50.00, and then the winner of the all the stores put together gets $150.00! some employees have doubled the lotion they sold before. We determine the winner not so much by how many bottles....but total lotion gross by how many customers you have waited on...making it an even playing field for those that may only work 10 hours a week as apposed to sum1 that works 30+. We type up the names and put the numerical value next to them...almost like a little league standings sheet! they love...they get to see what place they are in...and those that finish last 1 month....NEVER finish last 2 straight months...its a great tool...and lotion sales have deff gone up...without having to even discount my tanning packages or give things away for free. |
