Why is it that so many people think that a smaller population won't support HP? On that thought, why does everyone who does not have HP think their clients will never pay for it? Let me tell you, I have 3 HP units in my small town of only 12,000 low income level also, and they are booked solid in busy season and very busy even in slow season. Now my #2 salon is in a bigger population, but would still be considered small to most of you, 69,000 with 3 other salons to compete with, yet still, my 2 hp units in that salon were booked solid during busy season and I just opened it in March. Now my 3rd salon has 1 hp unit in a city with population over 200,000. And in very high income level area (multi million dollar homes) and it is used the least.

I'm so tired of hearing "it will never work in my small town" or "my customers would never pay that"

Oh yes they will. Give them more credit. Just because your in a small town doesn't mean they don't want the best there is also.
