I try not to complain, but the situation could have been handled much different. Lots of people made money off of my purchase, and the only ones to stick their hand out to help were the ones that shouldn't. And that was Tan & Health supply. I kept getting the same answer from patryk and mathias, you must have your phases wrong.

Then the hot column, bed was unusable without mug 6 really. I know HP is hot, but to the point the person can't tolerate it. Yeah, I want to pay 30 a session for that.

Without reading back thru 4 pages...what was your problem?
