Re: New Magic and SunSport.... UV, I got my bed running right and all my employees beleive in it now. It was very difficult to get this to happen when the machine literally felt like it was going to melt your skin. Mug 6 fixed that. It is hard to eliminate a bad taste in your mouth once it happens. Myself I didn't want to go back in the machine. My problem was only circuit boards. The person that sold the bed was getting in the newest magic at the time. HIs board in his brand new bed was faulty, so they took the old working one out of mine and gave it to him. I received a brand new board. Patryk and Mathias were directly involved in the sell and purchase of this bed. I think Mathias may have actually dissassembled this bed as he did the new install. Bed was supposed to be in perfect shape according to Patryk and those involved....When the bed arrived to Tan&Health, it was not in perfect shape, This bed had to be spotless because it was being leased as a showroom demo bed. So it had to look brand new. Lots of things needed to be repainted a few column acrylics needed to be replaced. Parts were delayed. I was making very expensive lease payments on a bed that was supposed to be ready on or around grand opening. It turned out to be over 2 months late. Not completely in patryk's hands, I understood that. My biggest grip was that I knew what I was doing with the bed, They had me going in circles, insisting it must have been the way we wired it. They didn't want to come out here without being paid, understandable. As someone with a very strong technical background, if you know the thing was working before you made a change "a new board", that would be the first thing I'd assume to be bad. Come to think about, I'm still waiting on a part or 2 for it. Gotta call T&H on that one... I love the bed, I really do, I appreciated patyrk's help. They did resolve the problem just not as quick as I should have. I don't doubt the power of this bed. It has been reliable for the most part. There is only 100 hours on it though. My formostar basically came from him, so it's not like i won't do business with him again. He is quick to respond yes, but customer service is only good if the problem gets resolved in a timely manner. You think I could afford to have a $1400 lease on a bed that was sitting here broke or delayed after I was already majorly delayed with opening the place? That is probably where I got mostly annoyed. Unfortunately this was the last link in the chain. Bed runs great minus the few issues I still have, clients love it, I'm starting to make money on it. Would I consider another one, yes, but only brand new. I'm trying not to contradict myself, but I probably did. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Patryk, debugging and just BS'in. He's a great guy, it was just the events of my situation that left me a little sour. Jones had magic problems too, I followed that situation on here and just prayed it didn't happen to me...... |
