I am curious about something here. I have a solarmeter and I am unsure of how to read this. I checked my new lamps in one of my bed and they are at 16 and then checked my stand up and its at 11. So now 16 would have to be good, and 11 mustn't be too bad then either. So when it gets to be 3 does this mean it needs changing or if it goes higher. Any suggestions or comments would be great.
