What? 16 and 11 (on a 5.0 meter) are not very good.

Even el-cheapo 100W lamps should be over 17-18+ new.

Nowadays most 100W would be 20+ (new-era more). I suppose some high B creatures might be down near 15 - because they sacrifice UVA to get more UVB. The 5.0 reading is mostly UVA.
