My Sundash 424's with 1500 hours using Light Source lamps meter at 18 using a 5.0.

If your only getting 16 new, I would seriously look at changing the type of lamps you are buying. That will put you out of business fast. Non-performing new lamps. Might as well have thrown $800 in the fireplace.
