Re: Telemarketing Nazi's Tell them to hold on for a second, you have a customer in front of you. Put the phone down but dont hang up. Then just go about your business and let them listen to everything you are doing. Say something like, "I do this every time a telemarketer calls" and giggle. See how long it takes them to hang up or call back. It is kinda fun to see how many times they take the punishment. One time, I put them on the speaker phone and muted it. This chick had nerve to be bitching about how long I had her on hold and was bad mouthing me. I picked up and said "is that how you talk about all of your clients? I want your manager on the phone!" Got the mgr and reamed him out and said how horrible it was to have heard such things coming out of her mouth about me and I could NEVER buy a product from a company that allows their employees to talk about clients like that. He was all flustered and she was too, it was pretty funny. __________________ |
