As long as the new EU "rule" of 0.3 W/m² Eeff cap does not apply to your "grandfathered" beds/booths, you can put anything stronger in there you want. Your local lamp seller should be able to recommend a higher UVB lamp with maybe 3 CIE MEDs in 10 minutes.

That would be about 4 FDA MEDs in 10 min... or 24 MED/hr dose rate. In EU 3 CIE MEDs = 600 J/m² which = 1.00 W/m² x 600 seconds. Got it?
