What i mean is....is this a laboratory that makes cosmetics...(not necessarily a Tanning Lotion manufacturer)
But a company that makes shampoos, soaps, etc...and you just went to them and got a DHA solution from them?
In other words....they aren't a tanning lotion company....
Just curious. I have a chemist/lab i've spoken with here as well that makes DHA self tanners. But don't want to buy large batches.
