I am having a few issues with my lamps. One of my 100w lamps is almost on, but does not fully come on. The lamps has the ends lit up, however the middle part of it is not coming on. It sounds odd, but thats exactly whats happening. I changed the lamp, and the started and to the same results.

2. I have one other lamp in one bed that is not coming on at all. I was under the impression that on the lay down beds the ballast is in charge of 2 lamps not just one, and only one is out. I changed this along with the starter, and tried a working lamp and this area is not working at all for this one lamp.

Any help!!!!!!!!
