Hey in this persons case, look at the demographics he layed out there. HOLY COW let me in there! with HP units galore. Hell my demographic income is $20,000 per year, thats it, and i rock the place with HP units 3 of them and I don't sell it cheap. Unless I miss read, they said like over $100,000 per household income? THIS is NOT a base bed town. I'd bet there just itching for some upscale salon to open with some big ass nice equipment!

If we make HP work in a below poverty income town, that person should be able to rock! Depending on their competition. Most of the salons in my area that have closed has been because of their pricing structure and cleanliness, how well they maintain their salon. If they did things better, they prob would not have closed. I opened my third salon in that exact setting. went in with HP unit and VHR's, previous all base bed salon, and its doing great!
