I just let the machine run with no one on it for 20 mins. I can't find a problem......I'm thinking the person last night wasn't wrapped right. She's larger, so there is a potential the elements weren't fully touching in an area? Today I could have swore I wrapped right. But I did mention to her the pad may be bad so it could have been in her head too |
