I had it listed as a turnkey, but the people who were interested in it couldn't come up with the $$. It was taking too long and we really just want to off-load it as quickly as possible.
Thanks for the compliment - I had big plans when I started it. I designed EVERYTHING. It was a "vanilla box" when I got the space. The property owners just gained ceramic tile floors and a 10 ton HVAC unit! lol
