I work in a call center for a large cable company. By working there you'd think it was the worst cable company in the world, but the truth of it is, we only hear the problems. There are a lot of subscribers, there is bound to be a problem. There are a lot of magic's in the field, there is bound to be a couple of problems especially when it comes to used machines. This forum is a place for someone to find answers. Her machine may fire right up the first time, that is still up in the air until she gets it.
