Re: Can you help me with my Magic 636 I keep hearing from the bed salesmen about all the upgrades that are needed to make the Magic perform correctly. There is only one upgrade needed and that is the M-ug 6 glass unless you call a fan at the end of the bed that the older Magics didn't have an upgrade. The original Magics didn't have the M-ug 6 glass so if you buy a used one that doesn't have the glass, you need to install it. If you buy a new Magic without it, your an idiot. It should come as a standard part of the Magic but for whatever reason it doesn't. As far as what makes the Magic the best HP bed in some person's eyes is the sheer power and the adjustibility of the lamps. I can put out 130 to my tanners for 1000 hours or more. Every other bed out starts at a high when new lamps are put in the bed and decreases every tan until new lamps are placed in the bed again. So depending on when you change out lamps there could be a 25-30% difference between the first tan and the last tan before you change the lamps. If you can't see where that makes a big difference, then I can't help you. I can see where you would lessen the value of the adjustibility because your beds don't have it. |
