If you can't sell it for at least $1500 then you haven't tried.

I can buy them all day long for $500 - $800, fix them up, and easily triple my money. Clean it up, wait for the right buyer, and sell if for $2000.00

Or, dump it or trade it for $1000.00.

This is one occasion where if you follow Brian's advice, you just screwed yourself - unless you just want to get rid of it and don't care.
