THe tan is even since you are closer to the bottom it doesn't need to be as strong.

On the 100 vs. 80 watt lamps, The F-59 80 watt lamp has the same output as the F-71 100 watt lamp. The extra length absorbs the extra power.

This is the same with F-71 160 watt and 2 meter 180 watt. These two have the same output but the longer lamp needs more power to achieve the same output..
