I saw the Tan America one in person. I think it has a very strong "marketability". It LOOKS like the real deal! Plus - I really liked the "packaging" for the gel - a "makeup kit" looking item you could have right out on the counter for point-of-purchase/impulse buys. As well as the digital picture frame thingy that you can have running to interest customers as they come in for tanning.
I didn't personally try it. But I know folks who have them and they report good success.
I didn't want to have 2 different systems at two different salons. But I would definitely consider the TA one if I was getting into it for the first time.
