You said GROSS $61k. Take out what it costs to run the salon yearly and what do they make?

I bought my salon from the previous owners for $10k and that included the deposit on the building and 6 units. They grossed $73k their final year of biz (cant remember the other years prior to that).

It aint worth more than that if they dont gross more than $100k+.
