Like I have said they are asking 40k , but would it be rude to offer 25k , and would it be a good deal at 25 to 30k , as I said the beds are worth 25 to 30k demographs are 90 percent white and 100plus thousand people in area , I beleive it has only done around 60 because they do no advertising at all ! its all word of mouth. |
