Susan,you don't owe this jacka$$ any explanation for your decision. You made the right one. It is funny how he pulled up such a quote from you about his business needs when he actually found out and replied later on that you and the rest of us were right and he needs to upgrade. He lives in a bubble and hears absolutely nothing anyone says to him. He likes to learn the hard way.
