The problem with that is that the people that don't pay taxes now won't pay later. There are plenty that skate taxes and plenty of illegals that would get the health care for free without any contribution.
The ones that do will just be carying the dead beats just as it always has been done, the only difference is that it will be mandatory, which is not fair or constitutional. It removes the choice.
