We use wicker style baskets/no liners. I know others use mesh style/no liners. Either one will make them think twice before using them as a toilet. Since we go in the room and clean after each customer we would know if someone "relieves" themselves in any way, #1/#2/#3 (you know what I mean
). I wouldn't hesitate to confront them and, after listening to them try to justify what they did, I'd tell them they were not welcome anymore. Let's face it, if someone has a problem/emergency that prevents them from getting to the bathroom they are going to apologize and offer to clean it up. Some jerk-wad doing his thing (pun intended) anywhere in my salon will be lucky if I don't kick his ass. The salon is a public facility and cleanliness/sanitation should be your number one priority.
