Not wanting to "play with fire" either.... but doesn't the Magic change to MUG-6 also come with a "recertification" label reducing Te time down from say 15min to 12min?

John... those Schott numbers 316, 320, 326 etc refer to the "half power point" of transmission.... just like their WG305, 320, 335, 345 etc small filter glass pieces do.

I agree with Leif: Since NO salon owners understand this stuff, they should never willy-nilly change kinds of filter or clear glass unless the actual mfgr/importer stands behind it for use with the recommended HP lamps.
