Probably time to 4 MEDs was really 15+ minutes with Italian glass... and closer to 12 minutes with MUG-6. If so then original label was just overly conservative... just like many HP's where only 2-3 MEDs are all that's needed full session.

When the "steroid" thing started... that old safety factor goes away.
