Here is what we do. I have had a few uncomfortable conversations with gals about peeing. Once we know we have an offender, male or female, we put a comment in their account and add a pre-tanning cleaning fee. This has definitely led to some uncomfortable conversations for me and staff members, but I freakin don't tolerate it. Hey if they want to pay $50 cleaning fee plus their tanning session, Im okay with emptying a pee'd in trash can. If for some reason there was fecal matter, they would be banned FOREVER.
